If you wish to return the jewellery due to any reasons, kindly make sure to return it within 7 days of your purchase.
Kindly make an unboxing video, photos to prove any damage when you received, if not we wouldn’t be accepting.
We would accept only if it is in original condition, packaging, and price tags which came along with the jewellery along with the product barcode.
If the damage is due to our side, we would take back with free shipping from our side, if not shipping charges would be borne by the customer.
Products that were purchased during sale will be non-refundable.
Return of the products would be accepted only after full review of the products and documents by the team.
